บทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบาย สโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

Abstract

                 บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการเป็นสมาชิก และระยะเวลาของการเป็นสมาชิกแตกต่างกัน และ (3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบาย สโมสรโรตารี ชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคือ สมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 152 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ค่าที t-test และค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) หาความแตกต่างจากทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s Method)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1) บทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอ

ชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ บริการด้านอาชีพ รองลงมา คือ บริการสโมสร และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ บริการระหว่างประเทศ

                2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการเป็นสมาชิก และระยะเวลาของการเป็นสมาชิกแตกต่างกัน มีบทบาทต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนสมาชิกที่มีระดับการศึกษา พบว่ามีบทบาทต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบายสโมสรโรตารีชุมแพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

                3) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาตามนโยบาย สโมสรโรตารี ชุมแพ อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น พบว่า ด้านบริการสโมสร ควรสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ตามอุดมการณ์แห่งโรตารี, ควรสนับสนุนให้มีการเข้าร่วมประชุมประจำสัปดาห์ และควรสนับสนุนการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ทางสังคมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านบริการด้านอาชีพ ควรสนับสนุนส่งเสริมมาตรฐานจริยธรรมในธุรกิจและวิชาชีพ และสนับสนุนยกย่องคุณค่าของอาชีพที่มีประโยชน์ ด้านบริการชุมชน ควรสนับสนุนส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีเพื่อการมีสุขภาวะที่ดีแก่ผู้ที่ขาดโอกาส และเด็ก ๆ ที่ขาดที่พึ่ง และสนับสนุนการสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ให้บุคคลทั้งเด็ก ผู้ใหญ่ คนชรา และคนพิการให้มีอาชีพ ด้านบริการระหว่างประเทศ ควรสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ที่จะรัก และทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่น ๆ ที่แตกต่างกับตน, สนับสนุนการทำงานเพื่อผู้อื่นทั้งชุมชนในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ และสนับสนุนส่งเสริมให้มีการรับกลุ่มทุนคณะศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน (GSM) จากต่างประเทศ และมีการส่งกลุ่มทุนคณะศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนของไทย ไปศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนยังต่างประเทศ และด้านบริการเยาวชน ควรสนับสนุนการจัดทำโครงการอาหารกลางวันสำหรับเด็กนักเรียนและผู้ด้อยโอกาส, ควรสนับสนุนการจัดโครงการห้องสมุดเพื่อเด็ก เยาวชน และครอบครัว และสนับสนุนการมอบทุนการศึกษาแก่เด็กยากจนเพื่อให้มีโอกาสในการศึกษา

            The objectives of the reseach were as follow: 1) to study the role of members in the development of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. 2) To compare the roles of members that affected the development of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae, Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. Membership status and the duration of membership were different. 3) To study the recommendations on the role of all members in the development of the policy in Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen. The sample was used in the study was the membership of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, totaling 152 persons. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. The sample size was 110 persons. The instrument used for this study was a questionnaire with a rating scale (Rating Scale). Data analysis of frequency finding were, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA and F – test, the difference is tested in pairs by Scheffe 's method.

            The findings of the research were found as follows:

            1) The role of members in the development of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province was 5 aspects. Considering each aspect, sort by average to descending order. The highest average was occupational service, followed by club service and the least average service was the international service.

            2) The results of the comparison of the roles of members in the development of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen province and suppose that the duration of membership was different. This had played that no difference in a role of the development of Rotary Club policy. For members that had education, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference was at .05 level in the Rotary Club of Chum Phae.

            3) Recommendations on the role of all the members in the policy of the development of the Rotary Club of Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province: Club services, it should support the activities according to the Rotary attendance should be encouraged to attend weekly meetings; and they should continue to support social activities. Occupational services, it should promote ethical standards in business and profession, moreover, to support and to praise the value of a career. Community service, it should support the good environment for those who lack opportunity and the children who were lacking and supports the creation of learning opportunities for adults, the elderly and the disabled. International service, it should encourage to love in learning and work with other people, supporting work for others, both local and international communities, to support for the exchange of scholarships (GSM) from abroad by sending the group of scholar’s students to study abroad.   Youth Services, It was supported the development of lunching on programs for the schoolchildren and the underprivileged. It should support the provision of library programs for children, youth, and families, and support the provision of scholarships to poor children in order to provide opportunities for education onwards.
