Abstract

The Thai educational philosophy combines Western and Buddhist concepts, reflecting Thailand's longstanding history with education. Education is seen as a learning process aimed at developing and nurturing individuals' skills to live in harmony, fostering knowledgeable behaviors that cultivate wisdom and a high quality of life. It emphasizes the acquisition of professional skills, respect for the law, appreciation for arts and cultural traditions, and the ability to face various challenges while contributing to society and national development. In the era of Thailand 4.0, education goes beyond simply preparing and instructing individuals; it aims to shape well-rounded individuals capable of navigating the complexities of the 21st century. The factors influencing educational management in basic education during this era include leadership, strategic management, administrators and teachers, curriculum and learning management, and an environment conducive to learning. Therefore, school administrators must utilize both science and art in managing educational institutions, as they play a crucial role in helping these institutions achieve the objectives outlined in the National Education Act. Importantly, the ultimate goal is to ensure that students not only excel academically but also possess positive qualities, talents, and happiness. While challenging, this highlights the immense potential of school administrators in overcoming such obstacles
