Abstract

จริยธรรมเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาคน ปัญหาของสังคมไทยที่ประสบพบเห็นอยู่ทุกวันนี้เกิดจาก “คน” ปัญหาเริ่มต้นที่ “คน” และมีผลกระทบถึง “คน” การแก้ปัญหาสังคมไทยจึงต้องแก้ด้วย “การพัฒนาคน” เพื่อให้คนมีปัญญา มีความรู้มีคุณธรรมและมีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาชีวิต ปัญหาจึงอยู่ที่ว่าเราจะพัฒนาคนอย่างไรเพื่อให้คนมีชีวิตที่ดีงามสามารถใช้ความรู้และแก้ปัญหาได้ สร้างสรรค์ได้ ปฏิบัติต่อเทคโนโลยีอย่างถูกต้อง อยู่ในระบบการแข่งขันทางเศรษฐกิจได้ บริโภคผลผลิตด้วยปัญญา รู้อะไรดี อะไรชั่ว มีทัศนคติทางจริยธรรมที่เหมาะสม การจัดการศึกษาคงต้องยึดหลักสำคัญคือ “ให้ความรู้คู่คุณธรรม” สังคมไทยจึงจะมีสมาชิกของสังคมที่เป็นทั้งคนเก่งและคนดี อยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุขในสังคม
