การบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการ การประกันคุณการศึกษา และการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร บุคลากรสายอาจารย์ และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย ส่วนกลาง และ 7 วิทยาเขต จำนวน 264 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และการใช้วิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลศึกษาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผลศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยพบว่า ด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผลส่งผลต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย ลำดับที่ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการศึกษาวิจัย และด้านจัดการศึกษาวิชาพระพุทธศาสนาในมหาวิยาลัย

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the academic administration of Mahamakut Buddhist University, 2) to study the education quality assurance of Mahamakut Buddhist University, and 3) to study the academic administration affecting the education quality assurance of Mahamakut Buddhist University. The samples were administrators, lecturers and officers in the support bracket attached to the main campus and another seven campuses to make a total number of 264 respondants. The tool used for collection of the data was a constructed questionnaire, and the data collected were analyzed by the computer program, with the basic statistic devices and stepwise multiple regression.

The results of the study were as follows :

1. The academic administration of Mahamakut Buddhist University was found to be at a “High” level.
2. The education quality assurance of Mahamakut Buddhist University was found to remain “High”.
3. The academic administration affecting the education quality assurance of Mahamakut Buddhist University was found, in an overall aspect, to remain “High”. Individually, the aspect that stood on top of the scale was the measurement and evaluation, second to which was the aspect of researching, with the subjects of Buddhism management standing at the bottom line.
