การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและการคิดตาม แนวโยนิโสมนสิการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมือง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและการคิดตามแนวโยนิโสมนสิการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมืองเพื่อทดลองใช้และตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการพัฒนาการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและการคิดตามแนวโยนิโสมนสิการโดยวิธีกระบวนการกลุ่มของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมือง ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนในการวิจัย มี 3 ขั้นตอน 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองการคิดเป็น ข้อมูลของโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมืองและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) การสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 3) การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบวัดการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบวัดการคิดโยนิโสมนสิการ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม คู่มือฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t - test) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและการคิดตามแนวโยนิโสมนสิการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมือง ผลการประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีคุณภาพดีและมีความเหมะสมเพียงพอต่อการนำไปใช้ ส่วนการหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร สรุปได้ว่า ผลการเปรียบเทียบการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมืองหลังการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 และ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจ ต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมจากนักเรียนโรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมืองที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

The purpose of this research were 1) to develop a training curriculum 2) to develop Self - Esteem and Reasoned Attention for students at Wiwatpolmuang school 3) to test and validate the training curriculum through a group process.

The sample consisted of 30 students from Wiwatpolmuang school of Navy 1 Base.

The research instruments were Self - Esteem Inventory, Reasoned Attention Inventory, Satisfaction Questionnaire and Training Handbook. The research statistics were consisted of mean, standard deviation and t - test analyzing by SPSS program.

The findings were: 1) the curriculum review including a concept of objective. Activities, evaluation, analyzed data from print material, related literature and research were developed as a conceptual framework for constructing a training curriculum. 2) the experts evaluated thee curriculum at a good level for implementation. 3) the were statistically significant difference at 0.05 level between pretest - posttest group of Self - Esteem and Reasoned Attention. Meanwhile, the level of the training curriculum satisfaction was found on high. Although, the group discussion indicated that Wiwatpolmaung School had got many problems, such as personnel, budget and policy which must be supported for them. Moreover some suggestions had been occurred as an instructor handbook, amount of activities and training frequency and also training materials.
