Teacher's Charecteristic of 21st Century

Abstract

การศึกษาที่ดีสำหรับคนยุคใหม่นั้น ทำให้ลักษณะของครูอาจารย์ก็ต้องเปลี่ยนไปอย่างสิ้นเชิง ครูที่รักศิษย์ เอาใจใส่ศิษย์ แต่ยังใช้วิธีสอนแบบเดิม ๆ จะไม่ใช่ครูที่ทำประโยชน์แก่ศิษย์อย่างแท้จริง กล่าวคือ ครูที่มีใจแก่ศิษย์ยังไม่พอ ครูเพื่อศิษย์ต้องเปลี่ยนจุดสนใจหรือจุดเน้นจากการสอน ไปเป็นเน้นที่การเรียน ต้องเรียนรู้และปรับปรุงรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ตนจัดให้แก่ศิษย์ด้วย ครูเพื่อศิษย์ต้องเปลี่ยนบทบาทของตนเองจาก “ครูสอน” (teacher) ไปเป็น “ครูฝึก” (coach)หรือ “ผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้” (learning facilitator) และต้องเรียนรู้ทักษะในการทำหน้าที่นี้ โดยรวมตัวกันเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อเรียนรู้ร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง ครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ต้องยึดหลักสอนน้อย เรียนมาก การเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่21 ต้องก้าวข้ามสาระวิชาไปสู่การเรียนรู้ “ทักษะเพื่อการดำรงชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21”

The good education for new generation was completely make a new style of teacher. The teacher of lover student, take care of student but still teaching their old style, any way they were not good enough for them such as the teacher look after the student and change the position of knowledge for the student’s plan. The teacher has to change themselves from teacher to be coach or learning facilitator and learning skills of duty, also to join together by system and continuous. The 21^st century of teacher could be teach less learn more and advance in knowledge was that the skills of life for the 21^st century.
