Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  1. ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตสิรินธรราชวิทยาลัย 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตสิรินธรราชวิทยาลัย จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive  Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือบุคลากรครูในสถานศึกษาที่มีนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ประกอบด้วย 1) โรงเรียนบ้านคลองแค ตำบลอ้อมน้อย อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โรงเรียนคลองลัดอ้อมใหญ่ ตำบลอ้อมใหญ่ อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม และ 3) โรงเรียนบ้านดงเกตุ  ตำบลสามพราน  อำเภอสามพราน  จังหวัดนครปฐม  จำนวน 48 คน โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ (Frequencies) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตสิรินธรราชวิทยาลัย โดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยวิทยาเขตสิรินธรราชวิทยาลัย ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยด้านอิทธิบาท4 2. ปัจจัยด้านพรหมวิหาร 4 )3. ปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 มหาวิทยาลัยมหา มกุฏราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตสิรินธรราชวิทยาลัย 


2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และวิทยฐานะ มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


3. ปัจจัยด้านอิทธิบาท 4 มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


4. ปัจจัยด้านพรหมวิหาร 4 มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

 The research study aims at 1) studying participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools. 2) examining the influent factors toward participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools in terms of personal factors namely genders, age, educational. This research study is a descriptive research. Research samples were 48 teachers of schools in which have student teachers including 1) Ban Khlong Khae School, Om Noi Subdistrict, Kratumban District, Samut Sakhon province. 2) Khlong Lad Aom Uai School, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom province, and 3) Ban Dong Kate School, Sampran Subdistrict, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom province. The populations were selected by Purposive Sampling method. Research instrument was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by the package program for social sciences research. The statistics used to analyze the data were Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and the assumption was tested by Chi-Square test to explore the relationship between personal factors and other factors that influent toward participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools.

 The findings indicated that :

1. Participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools in every aspect was at high level. In terms of Ittibat 4 factor 


2. In terms of Ittibat 4, personal factors like gender and educational background had no relationship toward participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools while personal factors such as age, academic standing, and teaching duration were related to the participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools at significance level of 0.05.


3. In terms of Brahmavihara 4, personal factors namely gender, educational background, age, academic standing, and teaching duration were related to the participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools at significance level of 0.05.


4. Ittibat 4 factor was related to the participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools at significance level of 0.05.


5. Brahmavihara 4 factor was related to the participation effectiveness of the student teaching experience in schools at significance level of 0.05.
