Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง ในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนในระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลางในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 จำนวน 106 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบประเมินการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง ในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 พิจารณาความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเหมาะสมเท่ากับ .80 - 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกของแบบประเมิน .44 -.88 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับของแบบประเมิน เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ร้อยละสะสม คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงในปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลางในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งต้องปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น เรียง 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ ด้านที่ 1 ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านที่ 3 ด้านการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่ 2 ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ตามลำดับ
2) สภาพที่ควรจะเป็นในความคาดหวังของการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลางในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งต้องพัฒนาต่อไป เรียง 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ ด้านที่ 2 ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ด้านที่ 4 ด้านอัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา และด้านที่ 5 ด้านมาตรการส่งเสริม ตามลำดับ
3) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนขนาดกลางในเขตอำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยรวม พบว่า ต้องการพัฒนา เรียง 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ ด้านที่ 1 ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านที่ 3 ด้านการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่ 2 ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ตามลำดับ
4) ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรบูรณาการการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการคิด วิเคราะห์ของเด็กให้มากขึ้น สร้างความตระหนักแก่ผู้ปกครองให้ร่วมมือดูแลเด็กและจัดการศึกษา ใช้ครูตรงสาขา จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาเด็กให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยอย่างแท้จริง และในการดำเนินงานโครงการหรือกิจกรรมที่ตอบสนองตามแนวทางปฏิรูปการศึกษาควรมีความยืดหยุ่น และปรับเปลี่ยนให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของสถานศึกษา

Abstract
This research aims to study The Early Childhood Internal Educational Quality Assurance operation system in Bangnampriao medium size school; The Office of Primary Educational Service Chachoengsao Area Office 1. Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It is a descriptive research which was collected data by using The Early Childhood Internal Educational Quality Assurance operation system Liker’s scale assessment questionnaire and used mean , standard deviation, modified priority needs index, percentage and comulative percentage for data analysis.
The result revealed The Early Childhood Internal Educational Quality Assurance operation system in Bangnampriao medium size school had the degree of success in internal quality Assurance operation system was in “The high level” which wanted for improvement in order of the students’ quality , the school creative learning society, the internal school educational management, the school identities and the notice of support & promotion in school. The index of expectation was in “The very high level” which wanted for development in order , the internal school educational management, the school identities, the notice of support & promotion in school, the school creative learning society and the students’ quality. The Early Childhood Internal Educational Quality Assurance operation system in Bangnampriao medium size school had development needs assessment (DNA.) was “Needs for development” in order of the students’ quality, the school creative learning society, the internal school educational management, the school identities and the notice of support & promotion in school. The suggestion for development in the early childhood internal educational quality assurance operation system in Bangnampriao medium size school; the students’ quality agenda was suggested that the teachers should be integrated activities for students’ analytical thinking , creativity thinking and environment learning ;the school creative learning society agenda was suggested that the school should be induced the parents for awareness , attempt in early childhood education management and the school should be created activities for parent & school relationship; the internal school educational management agenda was suggested that the school should be used the specialist teachers & optimal number of teachers for dealing with students in the early childhood education level; the school identities agenda was suggested that the school should be created activities for supporting the philosophy, purpose, vision and inspiration of early childhood education and the notice of support & promotion in school was suggested that the school should be operated activities & projects for supporting the educational renovation policies.
