บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร

ROLES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATTRS TOWARDS IT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OF THE SCHOOLS IN VIBHAVADI DISTRICT UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2 BANGKOK

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียน ในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร ใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการคัดเลือกครูที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในระบบสารสนเทศ ด้านการติดตามการปฏิบัติงานระบบสารสนเทศ ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะครูในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ ด้านการตรวจสอบและประเมินผลข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ด้านการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การสืบค้นระบบสารสนเทศ และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานครตามความเห็นของครูจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษาที่สังกัด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 535 คน  โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling)  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ  ผู้วิจัยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว  (One-way ANOVA) ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะทำการตรวจสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 หรือ ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% โดยใช้สูตรตามวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูเห็นว่าบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄= 3.82) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการคัดเลือกครูที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในระบบสารสนเทศ (x̄= 4.06) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะครูในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ (x̄= 3.89) ด้านการตรวจสอบและประเมินผลข้อมูลสารสนเทศ (x̄= 3.85) และด้านการติดตามการปฏิบัติงานระบบสารสนเทศ (x̄= 3.84) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การสืบค้นระบบสารสนเทศ (x̄= 3.48)  และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศ อายุ ขนาดสถานศึกษา ต่างกัน เห็นว่าบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2กรุงเทพมหานคร ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันเห็นว่าบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้ทราบว่าบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน สามารถเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาแห่งอื่นใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตนเองให้มีความเหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตวิภาวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร ต้องคำนึงถึงความเห็นของครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารด้วย

The major objectives of this study were to investigate the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok, based on the 5 following views: the view of selecting teachers, mastered in the IT System, the view of a following-up to the IT system management, the view of improving  teachers’ skills for the IT system, the view of investigating and evaluating IT data and the view of supporting tools for searching the IT system and to make a comparison of the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok with teachers’ attitudes including gender, age, working experience and the size of the school.

The study was conducted as quantitative content. The sample random sampling was used for the study with 535 teachers as the study sample, from the consortium schools in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. The instruments for the data collection were the rating-scale- questionnaires of 5 views. The data was analyzed through frequency, percentage, Mean, S.D, T-Test, F-Test for one-way ANOVA analysis. Apart from that, the difference found in statistical significance will be investigated in each pair, at 0.05 significance or 95% of reliability through Least Significant Difference (LSD) to compare with Mean.  The results were shown that 1. The roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok was at (x̄ = 3.82), in maximum total. Considering in each aspect, the highest Mean was the view of selecting teachers, mastered in IT system, at (x̄ =4.06) and following with the view of improving teachers’ skills for IT system, at (x̄ =3.89), the view of investigating and evaluating IT data, at(x̄ =3.85)  and the view of a following-up to IT system management, at (x̄ =3.84), and the lowest Mean was the view of supporting tools for searching the IT system, at(x̄ =3.48). and 2. The comparison of the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok revealed that teachers’ attitudes for the differences of gender, age and the size of the school agreed that the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok was not different. While, the differences of working experienced teachers agreed that the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok was conceivably statistical significance at 0.05. The study revealed that the roles of school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok   was at a conceivable average in every aspect, and that can surely be set a good example to other school directors as a guideline for improving and developing their own school for better. However, school directors for consortium schools' IT system management in Vibhavadi district under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok should consider adding those various working-experienced teachers’ thoughts for the role of a school director.
