Using of Educational Technology for Efficiently Learning Procedure in this 4.0 Era (21st century)

Abstract

เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา เป็นการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ประเภทคอมพิวเตอร์ตั้งโต๊ะ โน้ตบุ๊ก แทบเล็ต โทรศัพท์พกพา ที่มีระบบเครือข่าย มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในยุค 4.0 (ศตวรรษที่ 21) โดยเป้าหมายด้านเนื้อหา (CK) การสอน (PK) และเทคโนโลยี (TK) ทำให้การเรียนรู้เกิดขึ้นได้ทุกที ทุกเวลาตามความต้องการ และความเหมาะสมกับจริตของผู้เรียน และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์การเรียนรู้ผ่านการบูรณาการ เรียกว่า ทีแพค (TPACK) สอดรับกับความเจริญก้าวหน้าในยุคดิจิทัล 4.0 แตกต่างจากการเรียนรู้ในอดีตที่ต้องเรียนในห้องเรียน โดยมีครูบรรยายและมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียนแบบเผชิญหน้ากันเท่านั้น ดังนั้นการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ TPACK จึงลดข้อจำกัดด้านเวลา สถานที่ และปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียน ส่งผลให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุค 4.0 (ศตวรรษที่ 21)

Educational Technology is the integration of Information and Communication. Technology such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and the internet contribute to the modern learning process and enhance educational effectiveness in this era 4.0 (21^st century). Technology is now available to anyone, anytime, and anywhere focusing on Content Knowledge (CK) and Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) via Technological Knowledge (TK). All these have given rise to learning through Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). The ubiquitous education is a flexible learning approach, differs from traditional face-to face learning. Therefore, learning style by TPACK eliminates the limitations of time and place, and enhances interactive learning to cope with the prevailing demands of the 21^st century
