The Administrative Directions of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thailand 4.0

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเรื่องนี้ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารมหา วิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยใน 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านทิศทางการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 2) ด้านยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อด้านทิศทางและด้านยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย ทั้งในส่วนกลางและวิทยาเขต จำนวน 75 รูป/คน เครื่องมีที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.68) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านทิศทางการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ( = 3.63) และด้านยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ( = 3.73) ทั้งสองด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน 2) เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อด้านทิศทางและด้านยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 พบว่า บุคลากรที่มี เพศ อายุงาน ตำแหน่งงาน สถานที่ทำงาน ต่างกัน มีทัศนคติแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this research were: to study 1) the attitudes of the personnel towards the administration directions of Mahamakut Buddhist University by focusing on two terms there are first, the administration direction of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thailand 4.0 and the administration strategies of Mahamakut Buddhist University in 2) to compare the attitudes of the personnel on the administration strategies of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thailand 4.0. The participants of this study include personnel of Mahamakut Buddhist University in the center and other campuses around 75 persons. The instrument of this study is the rating scale questionnaire.
The results of the study found that 1) the attitudes of the personnel towards the administration directions of Mahamakut Buddhist University is (= 3.68) when considering in each aspect found that both are in the high-level scale as (= 3.63) and (= 3.73). 2) A comparative of the personnel’s attitudes of the administrative direction and the administration strategies of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thailand 4.0 found that the personnel who have differences in gender, age, work, job positions, work locations there is no statistical significance. However, the personnel who have different education level and incomes are statistically significant at the 0.05.
