Abstract

บทความเรื่องนี้สรุปได้ว่า การวิเคราะห์การบริหารการศึกษาไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ทฤษฏีบริหารการศึกษาเชิงระบบ (System Theory) ทำให้เข้าใจว่าการบริหารหรือการจัดการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมนั้นคือการให้ความสำคัญกับระบบการจัดการทุกขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) กระบวนการ (Process) ผลผลิต (Output) และผลกระทบ (Impact) ดังนั้น การดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบและมีระเบียบแบบแผนตามทฤษฏีเชิงระบบแล้ว ทุกอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นในวงการการศึกษาย่อมเป็นเครื่องมือพัฒนาคนและสังคมได้อย่างแท้จริงและมีทิศทาง

Abstract
This article was discuses about the Analysis of Thai Education Administration and Management in the 21st century by using Education Systems Theory. The study reviews that the success of Education administration and management is featured on every step of the system, for example, focusing on process of input, output and impact. Therefore, to execute and manage education system should work on disciplined of theoretical analysis planning. Everything that created from education system might be the effective tool for developing human and society into the directly way.
